Bready yeasty nose, apple. FIne bubbles, nice richness on the palate. High acidity but it's balance. Quite long. Good stuff.

Aromas of crisp apple and blossom, initial taste is of more apple alongside lime making for a lively acidity. Finishes with a touch of fruit syrup alongside apple and brioche, tarte tatin basically. This is nicely balanced and very pleasant to drink, definitely one of the better English sparkling I’ve had at this price point. This was a September 2019 bottling, disgorged October 2020.
