Refreshing essence of strawberry, not too sweet, delicious to sip in hot weather

Nice enough, but rather bland with a strong metallic overtone. Fine for parties, but no particular personality otherwise.

Outstanding. Just lush, long and lovely, without all the usual descriptors. A very pleasant, inexpensive surprise compared to other French roses in cooler bottles.

This salmon-colored country girl from the Herault has agreeable legs and a full aroma of strawberry and peach. Bring her to your lips and you'll find her Strawberry jammy on the palate, but somewhat restrained compared with some of the rosé beauties hailing from Southern France. However, there is some compensation in the long, lush and somewhat angular finish. She's a 40-40-20 GCS (Grenache Cinsault, Syrah) blend. 6 months in stainless steel has left her llively, fresh and good company …

fresh, simple, grapefruit, gouleyant.

40% Grenache, 40% Carignan, 20% Syrah. Aromas of watermelon and some red berry fruit. Medium bodied with watermelon also on the palate. Good acidity. Nice quaffing wine for the price.

Sunday Afternoon Languedoc (SF Wine Trading Company) : Medium pink. Melon rind aromatics. Medium weight with some glycerine. Good watermelon fruit, nice acidity and surprising tannic grip at the end. Exceptional value for less than $10.
