Flaherty País Vinos del Arte Magnolia Extra Brut

Made by Flaherty from Pais, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Traditional method. Quite a bready nose with a touch of herbs and apple/pear fruit. The palate is definitely dry with a savory and spicy side to it on the backend. Would need more acidity and bubbles for me to think this was Champagne, but the nose is not far off (apparently spent 4 years on lees) and it’s definitely drier than most Chilean espumante. https://winediplomats.com/
