This bottle has been sitting around for a long time and I opened it to see if it was good enough to use in a recipe, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it's still good. Nothing exciting, but apple flavours and a bit of toast, pleasing bubbles, satisfactory. I wouldn't turn down another glass. The recipe used it in the braising liquid for Seriously Delicious Ribs (Food52)
