Appearance was straw yellow, nose had pronounced green melon, seawater, fresh baked biscuit Palate was dry, high acid, medium alcohol, medium bodied, well balanced, moderate finish Primary palate notes of Lemon,grass,seawater some mineralogy.Secondary palate flavors were goat cheese, tertiary flavors of dried apricot Balance + Length + Intensity + Characteristics- Very Good wine

Barolo DOCG. Pale gold. Nose is light honey, green melon, violet, pepper. Palate has bright acid, pear, lemon and peppery spice. Medium finish. Solid table wine, very food friendly.
