Giant Wine Sale & Tasting 8/11/2012 (Cellar on Greene, Columbia, SC) : Quite pleasantly surprised. A wine maker from Chablis, producing Chardonnay in Chile. I think we have something here. Immediately on the nose and palate, I got ginger and fresh cut sassafras root that boldly enhances and lifts the citrus, peach, apple and pear fruit to the next level.
