På nesen er det masse frukt med blåbær tydelig i front. På smak minner dette om Biola med blåbær, på en positiv måte. Juicy og frisk med høy syre og ok lengde. Drikker overraskende godt etter to år.

And just like that Beaujolais Nouveau is here and man am I pleased with the 2023 La Souer! On the nose an almost red jolly rancher like candied fruit note (once you smell it you can’t unsmell it, in a good way!), a little bit of makeup remover, and the seductive floral note that is so synonymous with this region. It is quite fine and fun. It has that supple effervescent pop and banana nose we love, but it's a bit muddled? Bubble gum. It has some nerve as well.
