Excellent. Others' recent TNs do it well, including STUART10ER's. Citrus pith and oyster shell and flint and just-ripe apple. Loved it over two nights. 13% abv

Pale yellow colored with a greenish tint. Light grass and seaside smell on the nose. Taste has great acid bite with pear and green apple. Moderate finish - really nice.

Lemon juice & Granny Smith apple. A hint of jasmine. Seashell. Lingering taste of un-ripened peach. This is very fresh with a ton of acidity. Opened at cellar temp and it blossomed with 30-45 minutes of air and as it warmed up.

My first taste from Domaine des Hates, and from 1er cru Beauregard, this is a lovely, balanced, seashell infused Chablis. Everything was balanced and harmonious. Quite nice with dinner on two nights. Made me want to try more from this winery.

Domaine des Hates Visit with Vintage '59 (Maligny) : Brief tasting note, winery visit. Lemon and mineral flavors, very good concentration and well balanced between fruit and richness, a personal favorite today. First vintage for this wine, aged in 25% new oak for 15 months and full malo. Also from a south-facing site, the smallest 1er cru in terms of total volume which is vinified.
