Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for 1 hour. Aromas of cherry, red plum, spice and smoke. Tart red cherry, toasted oak, hazelnut and vanilla are integrated with fine tannins and lead to a medium length finish. Medium bodied. Paired with a Swedish buffet.

1 hour decant. Cherry dominates on the nose and palate. The cherry flavor changes subtlety from mildly sweet to slightly tart on the mid-palate. Crisp, clean finish, with good minerality although it is rather short. Paired well with grilled salmon. I enjoyed this bottle.
