A natural wine it seems with the distinctive aroma of some yeast & spice. Very spicy of black pepper and blackberry. Almost black currant. Was the wine course for a special mushroom dish at Cocina Hermanos Torres. The earthy notes here played well with the mushroom and had some similar notes
