Tasted as part of 2000 Bordeaux tasting. It held its own. No particular signs of fifteen years of age. Dark red with very little brick. Nose showed blackberry, green pepper, with a slight cedar note and some milk chocolate. Palate held together well, tannins are ripe and almost resolved, little coarse. The palate is still quite primary. Moderate finish.
