On the back label: "Vinted and bottled by Elouan, Acampo, CA" says a lot. Definitely an over-the-top style, with most of the fruit coming, I would suspect, from warmer southern Oregon rather than the Willamette Valley. Wouldn't be surprised if there were something else besides pinot noir in there as well, perhaps syrah? Kind of reminds me of an old-fashioned Gallo Hearty Burgundy, tho not as sweet.
