Very smooth and a great blend of wines. Went great with our broiled seafood dinner.

Unexpectedly delicious

Very few wines I consider undrinkable and very few are out of the 80s or 90s range. This is one of them. One of the worst wines I've had. The oak is overpowering probably to cover up poor grape quality (I can't think of why else this wine is the way it is). Somewhat consistent with previous notes although the oak was definitely more prominent this time around. The bottle was well chilled so I think it actually made it more enjoyable as the alcohol was not much of an issue and it didn't seem as flabby. Still not a wine I would rebuy though.

Medium yellow color. Buttered apple and pear notes on the nose with a faint floral aroma as well. Muddled flavors on the palate and the alcohol is a touch high. Hint of sweetness on the back end but an awkward finish and flabby mouthfeel make this not that enjoyable. Would not rebuy, even for the price.
