A bold and hefty Rose, made from Sciacciarellu and Grenache aged 12 months in used barrels and 6 months in concrete eggs. Coppery salmon colour. Shy aroma of dried strawberries, caramel, apricot and liquorice hints. Palate is rich and powerful with bold structure, faded red fruit and spice flavours, saline hints, spicy medium leveled acidity.
