Gerd Anselmann Riesling Kabinett

A little too sweet for me. Crisp. Trokken is better.

Medium yellow-green in the glass. Medium intensity aromas of lychee, yellow apple, ripe apricot, and ripe pineapple. Palate follows the nose, with a very snug texture of slight lees and RS. Acidity is medium+, alcohol is low. Finish is medium in length with lingering tropical fruit and acid. I preferred this to the trocken which was tasted previously. Can be drank now or in the next 3-5 years.
