Winemaker’s Dinner in Hamburg - Myself and Oliver Gabel (Fischereihafen Restaurant, Hamburg, Germany) : Pale to mid-lemon in colour, it has aromas of alpine herbs and peach blossom, with greener than yellow apple. This light-bodied, slender wine is refreshing and elegant, with a crisp acidity and medium length. Easy drinking. Made from Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc).
