Color: Pink/red. Nose: Grapefruit. Taste: Grapefruit and Strawberry. Body: Light/Medium with smooth texture. Finish: Medium.

Update after a couple of days in the fridge (vacu-corked). Fruit on the palate strengthened, which added to the wine's enjoyment, however, flavor profile and overall lightness remained. This amateur thinks the wine would benefit from a bit more skin contact, or perhaps a few (more?) cold-soaking the berries to extract a bit more fruit flavor.

Reminded me of the taste and density of finer peach-colored champagnes, but without the bubbles. As tested faint aroma on opening and after a day vacu-corked in the fridge. Quite light in the mouth, light tastes of orange and berry cream and hint of white peach. Initially a leaned to the sweet but became non-sweet after a few hours Short finish.
