Straw yellow colour with hints of green. Citrus, salt and minerals on the nose. Taste of citrus, yellow apples and minerals. Wide and deep taste with a long finish with minerals. A good Chablis that goes well with fish and shellfish.

Like Flussier, I find this wine has good, lively acidity, and citrus flavors. Not especially complex. I thought it had some off flavors but they seemed to disappear after it was open a while. It was ok with salmon on day 1 but better with Roquefort and goat Brie-style cheese on day 3.

Medium body, greenish straw color. Intense stone fruits, herbal and earthy aroma. Dominant green apples, nuts and spicy palate, lingering mineral finish. Light, dry and fresh but unobtrusively oily, crisp texture, lovely fruity acidity. Food friendly, best match is poultry or crayfish. Open half hour in advance. Serve 11º - 14º. Drink now and next three years.
