SMLS Spain Winemaker Tour (Vera Wine Bar - Chicago) : Tons of flowers, minerals and earth. Very fragrant and pronounced. Touch of meat. Soy, balsamic, and quite complex. Dry finish. More spice on the back end. Acid driven finish. Very nice. Recommended.
