Patient Cottat Sauvignon Blanc Val de Loire

Golden color, much more than expected in a sauvignon blanc. Solid medium body. The nose is apples and pear and that follows through well in the taste. Good tannins and can be a good match with many foods. Finish is a pleasant "cleansing" sour taste but consistent with the flavors in the middle. Really enjoy this with strong flavors in food.
