Burgundy-looking fruit-driven pinot noir, strawberry, red berry, oak. Dry, medium(+) acidity, medium alcohol @ 13.2% and medium(-) body. Easy going, pleasant and with good length finish with some tannin..

Deep garnet hue with medium saturation. Aromas and flavors of cherry, pepper, sage, smoke, strawberry, and violets. Medium body, medium tannins, and medium-high acidity. Elegant, smooth, and complex.

Nice Pinot. If you like the willamette valley Pinot this is a nice one at a reasonable price.

When I don't like Pinot I think of drinks like this. Thin, watery, high-toned bright candy fruit, but very light. Nothing at all going on.

Nothing special, but tastes like true Pinot Noir, which isn't always the case at this price point. Herbal character with a slightly bitter finish. Would not buy again.

Labeled like a red Burgundy, this Oregonian Pinot has a core of black cherry and dark plum fruit, accompanied by a fairly strong earthy "green" element. Medium-bodied, lightly oaked, softly tannic and with well-integrated alcohol (listed as 13.2%), it is very tart on the mid-palate and finishes a bit clipped. This reminds me of a simple Bourgogne from an average vintage. Nothing too interesting but certainly at a better price than anything from across the pond. Drink now-2022.
