Complex, spontaneously fermented Riesling wine, sourced from the steep slopes of the renowned ‘Stein’ vineyard (primarily limestone soils) in the city of Würzburg (Franconia, Bavaria). Color: brilliant lemon-yellow with some silver reflections. Bouquet: expressive nose revealing fragrances of peach, green apple, lemon zest, fresh herbs and pronounced mineral notes.
