Domaine Pabiot Pouilly-Fum� Les Vieilles Terres

Tasty and refreshing, but just a bit out of balance with the strong acidity, expected the 'fume' (oak) to smooth this out, but it really had a minimal (if at all) presence, to me this tasted like a weak NZ effort and not what I expected - Light yellow, medium viscosity with grapefruit, lychee, lime and grassy notes on the nose, refreshing once agian, however a bit too acidic on the finish for our liking, the finish was medium (84 …
