Kai's Birthday (Sonoma, CA) : Good nose! Wet sourdough (more autolysis than I was expecting) with cherries. It has a nice slightly faded, slightly savory development (very slight). It's a bit sweet - seems more like 10-15g dosage. Slightly acid deficient - just M+
