Hearty, rustic red - great with meatball and onion pizza - not complex but well made with minimal interference and great QPR. Decanting for an hour helps coax out the nose.

Well that smells really dark, and kinda oaky - old oak. A little VA, a little walnut. And the palate is kinda hollow, with a massive fruit weight.
