Recommend careful removal of cork; mine broke in half witha cork screw gently pulled. Excellent provenance. Herbal, white pepper, black fruits on the nose; slight tanic bite up front, pepper, dark fruit in ample supply, balanced, mid-weight. This is drinking well right now. PNP and it continued to drink well for the 2 hours. No decant needed for O2, substantial sediment from unfiltered so tilt up for days before opening. This has at least 10 years left in it, if …
