Moncur Cellars Chardonnay (Bistro Moncur, Sydney) : Struck match, bacon fat, a little sweet spice, muted citrus fruit sits behind this. Juicy straying to tart acidity, citrus space again, suppressed malolactic I'm guessing. A bit out of whack for me.

Australia & New Zealand Trade Tasting 2025 (Lindley Hall, Royal Horticultural Halls) : Reductive, strong flint notes, nutty, walnut. Palate is lean, more oak based, citrus, lemon, grapefruit, some bitter notes, showing tannins, almond, med to full length

P3. Really enjoyed this wine. Flinty on nose. Very light in body. Missing a rich finish but loved the purity and balance of this wine. Southern Ocean Lodge.
