Post Stair climb lunch and home 'dessert' (Duck and Swan in Chippendale and back home...) : Double decant. On the nose initially biscuit and Bovril, then muted blackcurrant and bramble, cigar box, autumn leaves, touches of baked mushroom and seaweed. As time passes a very slight volatile acidity component begins to become discernible.
