Weingut Hirsch Grüner Veltliner 1ÖTW Reserve Grub

A very light colour. Aromas of lemon zest, melon, smoky minerality, peppery allspice, summer meadow. On the palate there is a rich fruit vein, a crystalline texture. Good density. A vivacious, bright, grippy mineral, persistent finish that highlights grapefruit. Still very young (under screw-top) and a little disjointed. Will continue to improve with another 2-3 years.
