Pale ruby red. Floral nose. Sweet strawberry, plum a little earth and hint of spice on the finish. Nice acidity. Hold another 3-5 years for more tertiary notes to develop.

Clear, pale ruby. Pronounced intensity. Red fruit, strawberry, red cherry, cranberries, blosson and violet - andmushroom and sous bois. Generally very fresh fruit the age taken into consideration. Medium+ intesity, medium acidity, long finish, beautifully balanced. Paired perfectly with both a monkfish and chicken-dish and a dish with Duroc pig and jus of pig. Developing - could easily be stored for 3-5 years.

Bright ruby color fresh red berry nose, 30 minutes in a decanter and this was ready to go. Palate showed the same fruit profile, ripe strawberries, earth and Vosne spice. Balanced with fine tannins, good acidity and energy, clean finish. This very drinkable now but should improve and add complexity over the next 5-10 years.
