Decanted for about an hour. Excellent with grilled t-bone. Tannins have mellowed but are present, good minerality.

Opened approximately 2 hours before consuming. Didn’t taste when opened but showing very well after the slow O. Dark fruit, a bit of leather and earth. Paired very well with Braciola and gnocchi

Popped and poured. Still fairly tannic, with dark plum and herbs. I’ll hold onto the rest for another few years, to see how the flavors develops as the tannins mellow. Good, but not yet great.
