Dinner at Andre (Andre, Bukit Pasoh) : Another surprisingly good wine from the Macon. This had an intensely minerally nose, with lots of slatey accents wafting out of the glass alongside sweet fleshy fruit- green apples, pink pomelo and some citrusy grapefruit scents, all seasoned with a light hint of savoury oak scents.
