Elegant and fruity in the nose, grapefruits, honey, pears, sugarcanes, white flowers, and vanilla; creamy, fruity, and somewhat monotonous on the palate, citrus fruits and peels, roasted nuts, sugarcanes, and yeasts; long finish with pleasant depth; overall, 89-90 points at this stage; another lovely Loire Valley sparkling wine with good QPR.
