Intense black fruits, toasty oak, black pepper and clove with hints of barnyard on the nose. Inky and toasty palate, road tar, some mint hidden behind the opaque and huge structure which is fresh and full-bodied. Finish is astringent and alcoholic with aftertaste of wet earth and heavy spices. Not balance, need more time for the components to come together.
