Domaine Latour-Giraud Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Champs Canet

Pronounced nose with notes of white flora, slight buttery, pear, green apple. High acidity.

stone fruit, touch of vanilla, hint of oxo cubes, got a vanilla cake vibe on the palate. enjoyable

A much cleaner bottle than the one I opened at Racines last month, no oxidized notes tonight. Some sour oak notes, though. Honey on the finish. Good, but ultimately not that memorable. Amali.

This bottle was a bit too advanced, with light caramel notes. Honey on the finish. Still good underlying acidity, but not great. Racines.

Bright light yellow suggesting great things to come. Nose explodes with mineral notes followed by green apple, peach and raw pistachios. Palate is viscous, mouth coating with almost Sauternes like feel, with long lemony finish that goes on and on. Very impressive!

Good minerality, quite acidic but very pleasing and never tiring.
