Gustave Goussard Champagne Tradition Brut

100% pinot noir; no disgorgment date or dosage level indicated beyond "Brut". On opening this has quite an agressive but very fine mousse. The nose is a little muted, but has notes of yeast and apples. On the palate the initial hit is tart, and the gassiness persists.
