Binah Sauvignon Blanc Reserve

A slight bit oxidized compared to previous tastings. Nice golden color. Bouquet of Oak and Spice with some green fruits. A good concentration of balance with floral Oak display with some fruit and citrus. Great balance. Drinking well now. Based on the slight hint of oxidation may be best to drink sooner rather than later. A nice well-balanced oaked Sauvignon Blanc

91-92. White gold color. Nice bouquet of melon and oak. Nice Citrus flavors mixed in with well balanced Oak and good acidity. Nice long finish. Really well balanced. Still very youthful at age 5

Still youthful with nice fruit and judicious use of oak. Well balanced. A very nice example of oaked Sauvignon Blanc. Enjoyable now it still has the ability to age further

Outstanding qpr. Still very youthful and taste like it has and the ability age for more time probably another 3 to 5 years but possibly longer. This is so well balanced it's incredible. Judicious use of Oak which adds nice flavors but is not intrusive or overwhelming. Also fresh fruit and floral notes. Airy and delicate yet concentrated and complex. Delicious. A must try.

91+ Delicious citrus flavors wrapped in a blanket of toasty Oak which is judiciously balanced leading to an excellent combination of Oak and fruit along with good acidity. Still very youthful. Delicious. Excellent qpr.

Very nice well balanced White. The oak is nice and pleasant and adds to the fruit. The oak is prominent but it is not overly oaked. Also with nutty and slightly Smoky along with these citrus flavors. a nice wine that drinks well now. It should also age well for at least a few years. It may even become more complex with time. 13% abv. Good qpr.
