Domaine de Bellivière Aurore d'Automne

Tawny colored, with mild to moderate botrytis influencing the very clean peachy aromas. There isn't much of Pineau d'Aunis' wilder side here. Deliciously balanced at 11% alcohol, with moderate sweetness and a finish that lingers. Perfect with mango and pomegranate sorbet.

A french desert wine that's not a Sauternes. Not at all what I expected from a french wine. The taste and color is similar to black muscat or sherry, but much more subtle and subdued.
