This Pinot Noir is tasting great !! Cork saturated 1/3 up, easily removed after over 6 years in the bottle. Dark ruby color with modest evidence of oxidation, clarity medium. Consumed over three days where the wine only improved with time. Aromas of pomegranate and strawberry. Flavors of black cherry, cola, raspberry, and strawberry compote with a medium finish. A little hot and out of balance, but a flavorful Pinot Noir. This age worthy wine has more years of life …
