Hat einige Stunden gebraucht, um aus sich heraus zu kommen. Danach schöne cremige Süsse, leckere Frucht (Apfel) und eine zarte Bitternote, die am Ende so gut integriert war, dass sie nicht mehr störte (mit etwas Phantasie vielleicht ein Speierling ;)).

Hat lange gebraucht, bis er zu sich kam. Am Anfang hatte er eine unschöne bittere Note, die dann aber verflog. Er hätte aber insgesamt wohl noch länger geraucht, weil eine Andeutung an die alte Klasse erst beim letzten Glas herauskam. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatte er schon ca. 2-3 Stunden in der offenen Flasche geatmet. Die letzte Flasche werde ich wohl dekantieren, um den Prozess zu beschleunigen.
