Really solid stuff! I have been feeling a little bored with Chenin Blanc recently, and this was a refreshing change of pace. All the typical apple, pear, lemon, and honey notes, but with just a touch more minerality than I have found from the Loire. The acidity and body are well-balanced as well. Will be revisiting in the future for sure.
