Maybe it’ll come around someday?

Ruby color with orange on edges. Nice aroma of game/ earthy elements but really nothing to the taste. Wife and brother believed this OTH but not so sure considering the nose. Not obviously corked as aromas were pronounced, but I would consider this to be a bad bottle. Rating withheld.

Taut and mineral. Solid.

Always a pleasure to drink Jura wines from Tournelle. This one kept for several days on the counter and didn't miss a beat.

The colour is not for the faint of the heart: Almost the color of rust - red with light brown and almost orange shades. Barnyardy nose, mixed with red currant. Also a bit cloudy. Clean on the palate, red currant, high toned and juicy. High acidity. Light to medium weight but quite structured. Medium long finish. Needs food but attractive and thirst quenching.
