Op de bank schaatsen kijken en lekker lui sushi 🍣 besteld. Daar past een mooie frisse Riesling bij. Deze Gelblack van Schloss Johannisberg is het instapniveau van het slot maar meer dan prima als pairing. Met iets meer dan twee jaar oud pas licht gerijpt. De neus is aromatisch met vleugje petrol. In het palet boomfruit (peer, appel). Mooie citruszuren. Lichte tinteling op de tong. Wat tropisch fruit in de afdronk. Dikke prima👍.
