Blind tasting @ home. $13.99 bottle. Pours a dark golden appearance and the legs dissipate quickly. Aroma has some pear and apricot and maybe a bit of honey. Medium bodied, slightly acidic, moderate length aftertaste. Flavors of honeydew, pear, and apple that is fairly tart. Some mineral notes. There's a bit of sweetness but not too overwhelming. A lot of apple. Not too exciting but drinks just fine.

Pretty basic Alsace PG. Like previously mentioned pretty much a "meh" wine. Ended up using most for cooking. So many better wines from Alsace. I won't be buying more, as $5-6 more dollars buys you decent Z-H or the same money buys Hugel basic wines which are better for food.

Some typical lychee richness, decent body, but the alc peeps out a bit on the short finish, and overall it's really pretty flabby and hollow. Meh.
