PNP. What a pleasure. Bright floral aroma upon opening on the nose. From the initial swirl and sniff, I knew this was going to be great. Ruby black color, bright ruby around the edges. Very balance on the sip. Powerful finish. Already acting much older than its age. This is going to be a flavor bomb in a couple years. Saving the next bottle for couple years. Outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon!!!!

The 2021 vintage is very smooth, featuring a purple color with prominent dark fruit and berry aromas, and has very mild tannins. It is a very good Napa wine!

4th Saturday Brown Bagger (EBCC) : Nonblind with dinner courtesy of R&D. Popped and poured, loaded with black Cabernet fruit, vanilla and barrel spice. Full-bodied and tannic, with abundant black fruit on the palate. Vanilla, toast and chocolate accents as well. Medium finish.

PnP. Pretty jammy right out of the bottle, but after a couple of hours, it was much better.

Drank by the glass at Original Joe's. Dark cherry, dark plum, cherry pits. This is a enjoyable wine that benefits from vigorous swirling. Probably would be even better decanted and at cellar temp. 89 points.

PNP. Very deep dark purple color. Blackberry, blueberry syrup, and subtle sage. Smooth, dry palate, with nice acidity. Firm tannins on the longish finish. This was exactly what I expected, a fruit forward easy drinker. There was better structure than I expected. There was also a bit of an unpleasant medicinal edge. Not bad, but not something I’d seek out these days. It was a nice gift from my brother-in-law who knows we’re into wine.

This deep-to-opaque ruby wine is a blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc that was aged for 20 months in French oak barriques (33% new). Ordered from a restaurant's list, it was popped, poured and consumed over two hours. Improving with an hour of aeration, it offers aromas and flavors of cassis, Morello cherries, espresso, baking spices, licorice, violets and bittersweet chocolate. Full-bodied, proportionately oaked and with well-integrated alcohol, it supports its flavors …

Nice berries with some leather on the nose. Good tannin & acid, fairly well balanced, easy drinking. Though we were left wanting a little more for the price point.

Bends some time to open up. Big and bold with some harsh tannins. Still nice fruit.

Full bodied. Nicely balanced with medium tannins. Fruit forward and luscious with dark fruits and raspberries. A personal favorite and one of my “go to” wines with a mixed crowd of those who appreciate wine to those who “just want something red.”

Deliciously reserved and a great recovery from 2020. Traditional blackberry and cassis with some iron notes and even bell pepper. Feels very young and likely requiring years to settle. Unbalanced tannin here as it dominates over the fruit. Despite all that it is worth finding and NOT drinking for 5-10 years.
