Could taste that it was pinot - not sweet compared to typical late harvests - had it with a chocolate/caramelly cake Probably would have been a better accompaniment to some nice cheeses. One of us tasted apricot, the other thought it a bit citrussy. Not much there really, but what can you expect for the price.
