Pnp from improper white wine glasses. Ample tannins don’t overpower but still have several years to fully resolve. Red cherries have a tart note with clay, mushroom and soft herbs in the background. Can certainly see this improving over 2-4 years and would happily buy another bottle or 3 if I came across them.

Tom's Amazing Ribs & Some Good Wines (Edina, MN) : Dried herbs, spice, red currants and minerals. A bit dry for my taste.

Krotida Wine Gang Tasting, Trying Piemonte 2003 - 2004 (Balcony Restaurant & Bar) : Delicate, attractive, ripe red sour cherry, cherry, you can feel the alcohol (14.5%), refreshing botanical nuances, In the palate the wine shows the alcohol once again, pure red fruit, med tannins and finish. Very good quality but my only concern is the alcohol that is just a bit too obvious. Have it with food

Lost notes - this was drinking better than my last bottle tasted ~ 1 year ago. Nice garrigue, black raspberry & cherry flavor profile. Medium body/acids/tannins and medium+ finish. 91+/- this go around.

Did not enjoy - can't find notes but not a re-buy for me. I love this Family's (Quiot family) CDPs so was surprised that this was closer to a simple CDR than a CDP. 88-89+

Gigondas Tasting (Roswell, GA) : Similar notes as before, the most compact of the night, fresh taut and tense while still displaying good drinkability; very nice.

Duller reddish violet; nose shows dig, chocolate, dark raspberry, cooked dark cherry, classic; drinking quite well, medium plus body, easier structure, uncomplicated and well made, still young but enjoyable now; not a top tier Gigondas but this is tasty for the money.
