Mid week Burgs with Paul at Trade Kitchen (Trade Kitchen, Wellington) : An attractive, polished nose of black cherries, blackberries and minerals, with something musky, gamey and earthy in the background. In the mouth, the first impression is of the bright acidity. A very brisk, fresh and young seeming Burgundy. I guessed it might be an '08 Corton. A good volume of dense black fruit.
