Don't usually like Prosecco but I quite like this one. Delightfully dry and expressive. Joyful.

Dinner & OWD. Don't normally comment on NV wines--what's the point. And I'm not a fan of Prosecco or celebrity-named bottles (yeah this is Andrea Bocelli), but have to admit this is definitely not run-of-the-mill prosecco--drier than usual with bold citrus and minerality, offers a lot more character than most of us associate with the breed.

This is 100% Glera. Lovely, off-dry, not as fruity as some Proseccos. Delicate.

Giant Wine Sale & Tasting 8/5/2017 (Cellar on Greene, Columbia, SC) : As Prosecco usually goes, this one is way more upfront fruity. Could be the vintage, could be the producer, nevertheless we are happy, this is good stuff. Peach and nectarine on the nose. Layered mineral and earthy supporting flavors. Just the correct amount of acid. Good job.

Nice extra dry sparkler from world famous tenor Andrea Bocelli.

Same as the opera singer, or brother and sister in law. Clean, smells flowery, and a bit tired, super tired. Tasted from split though.

A nice bottle of bubbly with enough sweetness in the front to satisfy a crowd, but with a little depth to keep it interesting. Pear and kiwi were notable.

More interesting than most proseccos we've tried, with some yeasty apricot notes and a clean finish.

Tastes and smells great, but the bubbles fade quickly making this almost a still wine quickly.

Pleasant enough, with an agreeable taste profile. Acid is light and bubbles wafted away quickly.

Crisp but with nice sweetness. A great way to start the evening. Bottle looks nice when serving. A great QPR.

Excellent prosecco for the price - dry, clean, fresh, well-balanced, light on its feet but with plenty of acidity to maintain interest and a slightly prickly but quite pleasant mousse. A very good option in a crowded and often underperforming market. 12%. $15.

A great prosecco. The aroma and taste of ripe fruit. One of your more subtle sparkling wines.

Nose of breadyness. Palette not sweet, nice dry feel, fruit and acid are there. Good balance.
