Azienda Agricola Le Marognole El Marascar

This was our last, almost forgotten bottle in cellar. Was afraid it was too old. But no no! Still fresh, fruity and had a smooth acidity. Tasted almost sweet, but not from sugar. A clear note of fresh, fluid honey. Reminded me of a bowl of thick greek yoghurt with rippled fresh honey on top, and some smelly flower on the table.
